We manufacture as per industry dimension standards including DIN, ISO, BS, ANSI, ASTM, SAE. JIS.
For DIN/ISO/BS standard nuts, they are all in accordance to ISO-898-2, ISO-EN15048, ISO-EN14399, BS4190 standards.
All HDG nuts are oversized 0.3mm unless otherwise requested.
All normal series nuts have the standard material grade marking.
All Heavy Hex series will have both the material grade marking and the manufactory/brand marking.
We prepare as per 18kg +/- per carton, which is then packed on wooden pallets or plastic pallets.
By default we pack 48 cartons per pallet unless specified by the customer. All pallets are fumigated prior to shipment.
If needed, we are able to pack and label to specific requirements.
Available in both normal an Heavy Hex (larger OD and thicker) series, Hex Nuts are used together with Hex Bolts or Threaded Rods to fasten/lock parts and structures together.
Various thread types are available. All HDG finished nuts are over-sized.
