We manufacture as per industry dimension standards including DIN, ISO, BS, ANSI, ASTM, SAE. JIS

For DIN/ ISO/ BS standard fasteners, they are all in accordance to ISO-898-1, ISO-EN15048, ISO-EN14399, BS4190 standards.

Plain, Black Oxide, Blue Zinc Plating, Hot-Dipped Galvanised, Xylan/ PTFE coating for all Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel items are available.

All items have Grade marking and Manufactory mark in accordance with industry standard requirements.

Manufactory mark TTT as per our accepted marking/brand.

We can customise to your head marking (Minimum Order Quality required).

Yes, we are able to produce as per diagram/drawing for all NS and OEM products.

Please note that for select items require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

We prepare as per 18kg +/- per carton, which is then packed on wooden pallets or plastic pallets.

By default we pack 48 cartons per pallet unless specified by the customer. All pallets are fumigated prior to shipment.

If needed, we are able to pack and label to specific requirements.

Hex Head (Hexagonal 6-sided) Bolts are the most common type of industry fasteners used.

They are available in both normal Hex and Heavy Hex series. American standards such as ASTM usually fall under the Heavy Hex series.

They are used in a wide array of industries including Marine, Shipbuilding, Civil and Structure, Construction, and Water Works industries.
